Resignation

Resignation - Amanda Thome I received a free copy of the book for my honest opinion.

In Resignation Nessa finds out that what they have been taught ever since she was a little girl was not the truth. She finds out that everything about the outside world is wrong. But there is also a lot of things that she doesn't learn until it is too late. She is separated from the love of her life Garrett and believes that she will never see him again. Nessa learns a secret that no one where she lives knows and is exiled along with another boy Tyler. Nessa has to keep this secret to herself to protect her family. Nessa will do whatever it takes to save the ones that she loves.

Nessa gets herself into a world of trouble over a boy. Nessa will give up her life for this boy and to save a nation if that is what it takes. I love how tough Nessa is and how much pain physically and mentally that she can handle. There is not many people who would go through what she does for someone else knowing what it is going to cost her. Nessa is one of the bravest and good hearted person/character I have met in a long time.

All of the characters or most of them in this series are some of the best people you would ever want to be friends with. You feel as if you are right there with them and suffering right along with them. You feel their heart aches and their physical pain as well. The author gives you a description of Nessa and Ty's world it is so vivid in your mind that you feel as if you are standing right next to them watching them as they play out their roles.

This series Worlds Apart has been one of the best series that I have read in a very long, long, long time. The ending was one of the best endings ever. When I read the last word I was like no, no, no, no you can't do this to me. I got to know what happens next. I can't wait for the next book. There is no way there is not going to be a next book. Oh please tell me that there is going to be another one. I loved the whole book but the ending was out of the ball park. It was a grand slam. I am going to be keeping my eyes on Amanda Thome for more of her books.
